Acer Predator 21 X is a gaming laptop and it costs just Rs 6,99,999

Acer on Friday launched the Acer Predator 21 X laptop in India. The gaming laptop was first unveiled at IFA 2016 and apparently is the world's first gaming laptop to feature a curved screen.
Acer Predator 21 X will be available on order through Acer Exclusive stores and authorised e-commerce stores across the country. The device is already available for pre-order on Flipkart with shipping to begin from December 18. The Predator 21 X is priced at eye-popping figure of Rs 6,99,999 in India while in US it costs Rs $8,999 which roughly calculates to Rs 5,77,000.

The Predator 21 X is the world's first notebook with a curved screen design that offers eye-tracking technology for more immersive user experience.

The new Predator 21 X gaming laptop features a 21-inch IPS display  with a 2560 x 1080 pixel of resolution and  a 120Hz refresh rate. The company explains that the display of the laptop is equipped with an eye-tracking technology from Tobii that lets the gamer identify enemies, aim and take cover simply by gazing at objects on the screen.

Acer's new gaming laptop runs on Windows 10 OS and comes with Windows Hello that enables secure and password-free sign-in by identifying user's face via front camera. The laptop is powered by a 7th generation Intel Core i7-7820HK processor coupled with two dual NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 graphic cards in SLI. In addition to all this is  64GB of DDR4-2400 memory, up to four 512GB solid state drives in RAID 0 configuration and a 7200 RPM hard drive of 1TB capacity.

The gaming laptop features a five fans system cooling Acer DustDefender, and Acer's CoolBoost app to deliver extra cooling performance during heavy use. The full-sized mechanical keyboard is backlit and offers 16.7 million colour options. The device comes with Xsplit Gamecaster software that allows gamers to record, edit and live streaming videos on Twitch and Youtube channels. Each Predator 21X gaming laptop is shipped with an ultra-durable hard-shell carrying trolley case for secure storage.
